Our middle school students dedicated their day to fulfilling Impact Projects. Each student chose a specific need within the community and spent the day providing assistance. Activities included volunteering at homeless shelters, painting youth rooms at their church, organizing various spaces on campus, cleaning up waste in the community, and helping pack up Christmas decorations at The Naz Church! Great job, Eagles!

Grove City Christian School proudly spotlights senior Liam Benson, an exceptional individual with an array of accomplishments. Liam is a member of the NJROTC, where he has acquired extensive knowledge about Naval ships and aircraft, along with an introduction to marine navigation and seamanship. Holding significant roles such as Cyber Patriot Captain, Academic Team Captain, and Training Officer, Liam demonstrates leadership and commitment.
Liam's recent noteworthy achievement involves his contribution to organizing a Fun Run during the holiday break. This run will raise funds and awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). This genetic disorder affects young boys, causing the breakdown of muscles, leading to the loss of mobility, and often resulting in premature death by the age of 30. Liam and his team hope to promote physical activity and competition and make a meaningful impact by supporting those affected by DMD. Looking ahead, Liam plans to attend either the Air Force Academy or Naval Academy. Grove City Christian School applauds Liam for his outstanding efforts and contributions to the Grove City Community.

Meet Claire Little, Grove City Christian School junior, whose artistic journey began in the fourth grade. Claire recently submitted an acrylic painting titled "Unseen Mysteries" (photo two) to the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, showcasing her dedication and talent. The 10-hour masterpiece awaits judgment, and Claire eagerly anticipates the results!
Claire is pictured with a piece of art (photo one) that she submitted to ACSI this year. She received a "Superior" award! This summer Claire plans to continue her professional growth through an internship at Salon Lofts. She will collaborate with the head graphic designer, gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Following high school, Claire aspires to attend Ringling College of Art and Design, where she plans to study 3D animation and illustration. She will create 3D renders and storyboards. Claire hopes to one day create animations for Disney!

This morning, our elementary students shared the joy of Christmas with the residents of Homestead Village Senior Apartments. The students delighted the residents by singing beautiful Christmas carols, distributing homemade Christmas cards, and spreading the message of God's love. GCCS is thankful for the opportunity to foster relationships and create lasting memories!
