FACTS SIS is our Student Information System where you will access your report card, get lunch information, attendance records, family resources, etc.
- Go to https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal/en-us/?DistrictCode=gccs-oh
• Click “Create New Account.” The district code is GCCS-OH; type in email address and hit “Create Account” • FACTS will email you a link to the email you entered.
• The link will be live for six hours
• Please select the link and enter your user ID and password.
• In the future to sign in to FACTS follow the first 2 steps then enter your user ID and password as well as the school code
• There is also an app, FACTS Family, which can be accessed after you establish an account online. There is a $5 fee for this app.
