Grove City Christian School is seeking dedicated Christian educators for the above teaching positions during the 2024/2025 school year. Qualified candidates will be recognized as servant-leaders, with a strong testimony and a commitment to helping others succeed, fully aligned with The Naz and GCCS mission. Educators at Grove City Christian School are expected to exemplify Christian leadership and serve as role models. They should demonstrate expertise in teaching methodology and child pedagogy within their area of specialization. They are responsible for providing Christian instruction from a biblical worldview using appropriate resources and assessment methods. Instructional decisions should be informed by data and supported by the integration of technology.
Faculty applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, possess Ohio Department of Education licensure, and be willing to obtain ACSI certification enabling them to teach within their designated age/subject area.

Administration/Staff Openings:
Assistant Athletic Director (Full-Time)
GCCS is in search of an athletics administrator dedicated to uniting faith and sports to inspire excellence. We seek a passionate sports individual committed to nurturing spiritual growth, academic achievement, and athletic success within our community. Responsibilities encompass assisting in the management of our athletic programs, aiding in game management, field preparations and home contests, event coordination, supporting coaches and student-athletes, and embodying the school's mission and vision both on and off the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a profound understanding of Christian principles, and a fervent desire to guide young athletes on their faith journey. This salaried position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in physical education, sports administration, or a related field, with experience in a Christian school being advantageous. The position is available in late spring/early summer and follows a calendar year work schedule.
Support Staff Openings:
Admissions Assistant (Full-Time)
GCCS seeks an individual to provide support for the activities associated with the admissions department. This candidate will assist families in the application and enrollment process for new students while upholding the church and school’s mission and vision. Responsibilities include but not limited to; responding to admission inquiries, scheduling and conducting new student building tours, maintaining the student database, scheduling entrance testing, and following up on administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who promotes organizational growth and ensures that every aspect of admissions honors God. The Admissions Assistant should hold a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) or an associate degree, with experience in a Christian school and K-12 admissions being preferred. This opportunity follows the school year calendar and will be compensated at an hourly rate.
Substitute Openings:
Elementary Aide Substitutes (Varies)
We are actively seeking administrative staff substitutes to fulfill duties as elementary aides. This role becomes crucial during vacations, illnesses, and extended leaves, necessitating additional support to serve our students and staff. Candidates should possess the ability to lift or keep up with a fast-walking child, venture outside in inclement weather, and be physically capable of traversing the campus to complete their duties.
Substitute Teachers
Candidates may be available on an as needed basis. We are flexible to work with whenever the individual is available. Grove City Christian School Sub pay is $110 daily with a long-term assignment (5 or more days consistently in the same classroom) at $135 a day.
